Assistant Project Scientist, Department of Nutrition
Dr. Jones’s research interests include nutrition education in the school environment, including the implementation of school-based multicomponent nutrition interventions targeting school-aged children as well as assessing the nutrition education and training needs of teachers and school nutrition services staff. A secondary focus of her research is the development of valid and reliable survey tools, particularly those that measure nutrition knowledge.
