Designated Emphasis in International & Community Nutrition

The Designated Emphasis in International and Community Nutrition is a cross-disciplinary program that allows Ph.D. students to receive specialized training in the area. Students completing this program receive a formal notation on their degrees. Participating students evaluate and tackle nutritional problems affecting lower income communities or disadvantaged groups globally. Faculty and students conduct research in the United States and abroad.
