3138 Meyer Hall - Conference room with a DTEN Zoom Room system that consists of two large touch screens with powerful built-in cameras, microphones and speakers that cover the entire room. The DTEN Zoom Room allows for both in-person and hybrid meetings, electronic whiteboard use, and sharing presentations or other documents with live annotations. Users interact with the system through a familiar Zoom interface.

3208 Meyer Hall - Conference room with a DTEN Zoom Room system that consists of two large touch screens with powerful built-in cameras, microphones and speakers that cover the entire room. The DTEN Zoom Room allows for both in-person and hybrid meetings, electronic whiteboard use, and sharing presentations or other documents with live annotations. Users interact with the system through a familiar Zoom interface. Users must bring their own computer or device to share content to the screens (there is no computer provided in the room). Campus wireless network is available in the room.

1138 Meyer Hall - Conference room with a DTEN Zoom Room system that consists of two large touch screens with powerful built-in cameras, microphones and speakers that cover the entire room. Users interact with the system through a familiar Zoom interface. There is an active phone line for conference calls (bring your own phone and phone cord), and network access. Fishbowl Conference Room (3249 Meyer)
This small conference room sits approximately 9 people and has an LCD screen that can be connected to laptops via VGA or HDMI cable, conference camera for videoconferencing on laptops, and campus wireless network access. Instructions for using the system are available online and in the room.

Conference Phone
The department has a VoIP conference phone available for checkout. It can be connected to any active network port in Meyer Hall. The phone is a Cisco 8831 VoIP Conference Phone and it plugs into a network port instead of a phone port.
